We provide placement services for Independent Living, Personal Care, Memory Care and Respite Care and we guide and support you every step of the way.

Unlike mere referral services, Senior Lifestyle Connections gives patients and families all options that match their situation, not just facilities that the service is partial to. We are here to educate and empower the patients and families to make the best choice for THEM.

As a small family-owned business, we have been serving the community of Pittsburgh and surrounding areas for 25+ years and have cultivated relationships with more than 200 facilities that we have personally visited. Most importantly, we have built relationships with these facilities so that we can negotiate the best prices for you!

Our Service Area: We serve an area within 60-miles of the Pittsburgh, PA area. Although, we can work with facilities in any area.
